We want to know if something feels off about Frank’s advice. While we regularly audit conversations for accuracy, you’ll know best if Frank made an incorrect assumption or recommendation for you.

To let us know, click the Support button in the lower right of your screen to chat in about the issue. You can copy / paste the question and response or just let us know what we should look into and our team can access the conversation with your permission.

Your conversation will be securely reviewed by our team of CFPs to check for accuracy. We’ll then reply to you with any findings or necessary corrections, and use those learnings to improve Frank, so it doesn’t happen again.
