Frank remembers important details from your conversations.

Maybe you've told Frank:

• Your daughter is heading to college next year

• You're planning to move soon

• You're helping support aging parents

These are the kinds of details Frank keeps in mind from one conversation to the next.

Visit the new Memories tab in Settings, where you can view, add, remove, or edit memories anytime (though Frank is usually pretty good at managing them himself).
