First Things First
Start by connecting your financial accounts and adding information about your finances. The more complete your information is, the more Frank can monitor for you.
Here’s a quick overview of Frank's four main areas and where to start.
Health
Health is your home base for financial monitoring. Here you can see all of your active Monitors and quickly check their current status:
Healthy: Everything looks good right now.
Actionable: Frank found something that may need your attention.
Inactive: Frank needs additional information or a connection before this Monitor can run.
When a Monitor finds something, the alert and recommended next steps will appear here so you can review what Frank found and decide what to do next.

Chat
Have a question about your finances or something Frank found? Open Chat to ask Frank questions and get help understanding your financial information.
Finances
Here, you can add and review the information Frank uses to understand and monitor your financial life.
Accounts: Connect your financial accounts and see them all in one place. At the top, you’ll see your total net worth along with the value of your assets and debts. Below, you can review each connected account and its current balance or value.
Need to connect another account? Select Add Account in the top right corner. For help updating or removing an account, read more here.Transactions: View transactions from your connected accounts in one place. Search, filter, or get more information about a specific transaction.
More: Add financial information that may not come directly from a connected account but is still important to your overall financial health. This can include things like your financial goals, credit score, income, retirement contributions, and more.
Settings
This is where you can manage your account and personalize your Frank experience. When you open Settings, you’ll see:
All Settings: Manage your profile, Frank preferences, account connections, security, and billing.
Dark Mode: Switch Frank to a darker display.
Privacy Mode: Hide sensitive financial information on screen when you want more privacy.
Logout: Securely log out of Frank, especially when using a shared or public computer.
Under All Settings, you’ll find:
Profile: Update your personal information and other details Frank uses to better understand your financial situation.
Frank: Adjust how Frank looks and communicates with you.
Connections: View and manage your connected financial accounts.
Security: Manage your password, two-factor authentication, cookie consent, or account deletion.
Billing: View and manage your current subscription.
And that’s it!
The more complete your financial information is, the more Monitors you can unlock. Once you’re set up, you don’t need to constantly check in. Frank monitors in the background and lets you know when something is worth a closer look.
