Frank monitors your finances in the background and alerts you when he finds something you may want to review.

Alerts can flag risks, opportunities, important changes, deadlines, or other activity in the areas Frank monitors.

Where to Find Alerts

Your alerts live on the Health page.

When a monitor has something for you to review, its status will show as Actionable. You may also see a New indicator when there is new information you haven’t reviewed yet.

Select the monitor to open the alert and see more details.

What’s Included in an Alert

An active alert includes:

  • What Frank found

  • The accounts or transactions involved

  • Frank’s recommendation

  • The criteria Frank uses to monitor that area

If a monitor is Inactive, Frank will instead show you what’s needed to activate it, such as connecting an account or uploading a document.

How Frank Notifies You

You don’t need to constantly check Frank for new alerts.

Depending on the alert type, Frank may notify you by email or push notification when something needs your attention. You can then open Frank to review the details.

You can also visit Health anytime to see the latest status of all your monitors.

What Should I Do With an Alert?

Open the alert and review what Frank found along with any recommended next steps.

Frank does not take action on your behalf. Alerts are designed to bring important information to your attention and give you the context you need to decide what to do next.

Have Questions About an Alert?

You can ask Frank directly from the alert if you want more information about what he found or help understanding the recommendation.
