Download the Frank mobile app and sign in using your existing username and password:

New to Frank? Start on the web first.
If you’re signing up for Frank for the first time, you’ll need to create your account through our web app. New accounts cannot currently be created through the mobile app.

Visit app.getfrank.com to complete your signup. Once you create your account, you can download the mobile app and sign in with the same username and password.

What can I do in the mobile app?

Once you’re signed in, you can use the Frank app to:

• Review your Monitors and their current status

• See and review alerts from Frank

• Ask Frank questions through Chat

• View information about your finances

• Receive push notifications when Frank finds something that needs your attention
