Health Overview

The Health page is the heart of Frank. It gives you one place to see what Frank is monitoring across your financial life and whether anything needs your attention.

When you select Health from the main navigation, you’ll see all your Monitors organized by financial category, along with the current status of each one.

Monitor Statuses

Each Monitor has a status that tells you what Frank is seeing right now:

• Healthy: Everything looks good based on what Frank is monitoring.

• Actionable: Frank found something you may want to review.

• Inactive: Frank needs additional information before this Monitor can run.

You may also see a New indicator when there is new information you haven’t reviewed yet.

Use the filters at the top of the Health page to quickly view all Monitors or narrow the list by New, Actionable, Inactive, or Healthy.

Financial Categories

Monitors are grouped into the following categories:

• Cash & Banking

• Spending & Expenses

• Debt & Credit

• Insurance

• Investing & Retirement

• Children & Education

• Fraud & Security

The Monitors available to you will depend on the accounts and information you’ve shared with Frank.

Viewing a Monitor

Select any Monitor to see more detail.

You will see the following:

• Its current status

• Frank’s recommendation

• The accounts or transactions involved

• The criteria Frank uses to monitor that area

• Information you can add if the Monitor is currently inactive

For example, if Frank detects a new income transaction, you can open the Income Alert Monitor to see the transactions Frank found and review his recommendation.

If a Monitor needs more information, Frank will show you what’s missing and give you a way to add it.

Alerts

When a Monitor finds something worth your attention, Frank creates an alert.

Alerts are tied directly to the Monitor that found the issue or opportunity, so you can see what happened, why Frank surfaced it, and what he recommends you consider next.

Depending on the alert, Frank may also notify you by email or push notification so you don’t have to constantly check the app.

You can always return to Health to review current alerts and see the latest status of your Monitors.

What Should I Do With an Alert?

Open the alert to review what Frank found and any recommended next steps.

Frank does not take action on your behalf. Instead, he helps surface what may need your attention and gives you the context you need to decide what to do next.
