Resetting Your Password

Change your Frank password from your account security settings.

You can update your password anytime from the Security section in Settings.

To change your password:

  1. Select Settings from the main navigation.

  2. Choose All Settings.

  3. Select Security.

  4. Under Password, select Change Password.

  5. Follow the prompts to create and save your new password.

For security, choose a strong, unique password that you don’t use for other accounts.

If you’re unable to sign in and need to reset a forgotten password, use the Forgot Password option from the Frank login screen.
