Manage your account security, cookie preferences, and account deletion.

You can find these options under Settings → All Settings → Security.

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Frank account.

To turn it on:

  1. Select Settings from the main navigation.

  2. Choose All Settings.

  3. Select Security.

  4. Find Two-Factor Authentication and turn it on.

  5. Follow the prompts to complete setup.

Once enabled, Frank will require an additional verification step when signing in.

Cookie Consent

You can review or update your cookie preferences at any time.

From the Security page, select Edit Preferences under Cookie Consent to manage your choices.

Frank uses cookies to support the product experience, analytics, and other functionality.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Frank account from the Security page.

Select Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.

Deleting your account removes your bank connections and transaction data. We may retain some records as required for legal or compliance purposes.

Your subscription is canceled immediately when your account is deleted. Any time you have already paid for is forfeited rather than automatically refunded.
