Key Numbers

Each account has a details page that gives you specific information. At the top of the page are the accounts key numbers. These numbers vary by account type, but always include the Current Balance or Value (if it is an asset).

Summary and Connection Status

On the right side, you’ll see Summary and Connection Status cards.

The Summary card displays high-level information about this account like institution, masked account number, and type.

The Status card displays the connection status. If the connection is Healthy, you’ll see a green dot. If it’s stale or there is a problem, you’ll see a half yellow dot. If the connection is broken, you’ll see a red dot.

Monitors

Monitors are how Frank keeps an eye on your account, by tracking different metrics informed by financial best practices. Monitors are displayed below your account balance. The specific monitors you’ll see in your account will vary depending on the account type.

Transactions

Transactions are the activity in a given account. For deeper insights, you can click View All to explore transactions across your accounts on the Transactions page.

Additional Details

For certain accounts and account types, Frank receives more detailed information. For example, when you add credit cards, mortgages, loans, and investments, we get richer information about your account. We display everything we receive in this section so you can see what Frank sees.
