Force an Update to a Connected Account
How to manually fetch data if your account is not auto-refreshing.

Sometimes a connection may become unstable and Frank will stop receiving data from a connected institution. To fix this, you can force an update.
On an Account detail page, click Settings in the top right and then Force Refresh.
This will connect to your institution instantly and pull the latest data from your account.
Note: This should not be a common requirement for connected accounts. If itโs happening regularly, please let us know by clicking the Support button in the bottom right of the page.
