Remove Placeholder Accounts

During onboarding, we ask what types of accounts you plan to share with Frank. When you log in, you’ll see a placeholder for these accounts on your My Accounts page.

As you connect accounts that match this account type, these placeholders will automatically disappear. However, if you made a mistake during onboarding or for some reason our system can’t categorize your account correctly, you may have to remove the placeholder manually.

To do this, navigate to a placeholder account (a row that has a Connect button in it) and click the X on the far right of the row.
