Connect an Account

Frank uses account aggregators to securely connect to over 13,000 US institutions. Follow these steps to get started.
Visit the Accounts page. Click the red Add Account button in the top right of the page.
The Add Account pop-up provides several different options:
Search for your institution.
Select from the institutions listed.
If you select an institution from options 1 or 2, you’ll enter our account aggregator interface and log in to your institution to complete the setup process.
If you can’t find your institution using the search feature, you’ll see an option to add it a Manual Account for now. If we add more connections in the future, we’ll be sure to let you know.
Note: Because we work with third-parties, we can’t control the connection process and we’re aware that it’s sometimes clunky and frustrating. We are continually working with our partners to improve this process for various institutions.
