Frank's secure connection to your account is powered through an account aggregator service. Frank does not have direct access to your account credentials, and sometimes these connections can be finicky. Here's how to handle them.

Add Account

If you’ve already connected to an institution and would like to provide access to more accounts, complete the following:

  1. From your Accounts homepage, select an account from that institution.

  2. Once in your account details page, select SettingsUpdate Connection.

  3. A pop-up will appear with all of the accounts connected to that institution. Click Reconnect or Edit Accounts. This will launch the account aggregator login view.

  4. Log in to your account. After you’ve finished authenticating, you’ll see a list of available accounts at that institution. Select the accounts you’d like to add and complete the setup process.

Remove Account

If you’ve already connected to an institution but would like to remove one or more accounts (but not all of them), complete the following:

Select the accounts you’d like to remove and follow the prompts.

Delete Connection

Please note: Deleting a connection will remove all accounts associated with that institution. For example, if you’ve connected to ABC Bank and have a checking, savings, and credit card connected, all three accounts will be deleted when you delete the connection.

To delete a connection:

  1. From your Accounts homepage, select an account from that institution.

  2. Once in your account details page, select SettingsDelete Account.

  3. A pop-up will appear with all of the accounts connected to that institution. Click Delete Connection. This will launch the account aggregator login view.

  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Enter the name of the institution and then click Delete Connection to confirm.
